Terms & Conditions
Please review the following terms and conditions governing participation, registration, abstract submission, and attendance at the Nexorith Global Congress on Nursing Innovation & Healthcare Excellence (GCNH 2027).
1. Registration Policy
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Participants must provide accurate registration details.
- Registration is non-transferable without written approval.
- At least one author must register after abstract acceptance.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made through approved registration channels.
- Currency conversion and banking fees are the participant’s responsibility.
- Early Bird rates apply only within the announced period.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
- Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges.
- No refunds after the final registration deadline.
- Refund processing may require 15–30 business days.
4. Abstract Submission & Review
- All submitted work must be original and unpublished.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions.
- Acceptance does not guarantee journal publication.
- Authors are responsible for ethical compliance.
5. Program Changes
- The Organizing Committee may modify speakers or sessions if necessary.
- Sessions may be delivered virtually if circumstances require.
- The conference schedule may be updated without prior notice.
6. Code of Conduct
- Professional and respectful behavior is expected.
- Harassment or misconduct may result in removal without refund.
- Participants must comply with venue policies and local regulations.
7. Photography & Media
- Conference sessions may be photographed or recorded.
- Participation implies consent unless a written objection is submitted.
- Media may be used for conference reporting and promotion.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information is managed according to our Privacy Policy.
- Participant data will not be sold to third parties.
- Requests for data correction or deletion will be considered.
